Photography Services
Studio N°21 provides professional photography services as described in individual client agreements. All sessions, payments, image delivery, usage rights, and client responsibilities are governed by the signed photography contract between Studio N°21 and the client.
Booking & Payments
A signed agreement and required retainer are necessary to reserve a session date. Availability is not guaranteed until all required booking steps have been completed.
Online Galleries
Client galleries are provided for viewing, sharing, and downloading images as permitted by Studio N°21. Gallery links, passwords, and access information are intended only for the client and approved recipients.
Clients agree not to:
Share private gallery access publicly
Download, copy, alter, or distribute images beyond the permissions granted
Remove Studio N°21 branding or copyright information when applicable
Copyright & Image Usage
All photographs created by Studio N°21 remain protected by copyright. Clients receive personal-use rights to their purchased images unless otherwise stated in their signed agreement.
Commercial use, resale, editing, or publication of images for business purposes requires written permission from Studio N°21.
Website Use
All content on this website, including photographs, logos, text, and branding, belongs to Studio N°21 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving prepared for scheduled sessions, and communicating any important details needed to provide the best photography experience.
Limitation of Liability
Studio N°21 will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality services and preserve client images. However, Studio N°21 is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including equipment failure, technical issues, natural events, or loss caused by such events.
